Chapter 1053: All Crystal Eliminated
Underneath the island’s land, Zon was fiercely firing out energy from his hands, continuing to destroy a large amount of crystals. Once in a while, he would pause, and as he did, he could feel the whole ground shaking.
‘The fighting outside-it’s still going on, but how much longer will Raze be able to last? To be honest, he’s lasted longer than I thought, and taking out these crystals has been harder than I expected.’
Zon flew higher and continued firing down, shattering crystals non-stop. Just above him, Lince was jumping side to side, quickly using his fists to crack and break several crystals.
The yellow energy was flowing through his body, allowing him to continue nonstop. Otherwise, even Zon would have been done a long time ago. Although he was originally doing this just to destroy the crystals in the area, it was also allowing the energy to continue flowing through his body.
He still wasn’t used to the energy, and he could feel that even when drawing energy from the crystal inside him, it wasn’t fully accepting him-not yet. It would take some time. Using too much energy could cause the entire place to collapse.
If that were to happen, it would ruin Zon’s plan because he wasn’t sure that collapsing this place would destroy all the crystals-and that was crucial in the current situation. Eventually, Zon could see that they were near the top.
“I can see it, the last crystal!” Lince said as he kicked off the side of the wall and pushed himself to the other side. He grabbed onto the crystal with his hand, hanging from it, and tensed his fist until the crystal shattered.
Before falling to the ground, Lince kicked himself up and returned to the surface. He looked down into the large hole, expecting something to happen, but nothing did. There was no big reaction, no collapse, or large spell activating like the last time.
Moments later, Zon appeared, landing on the surface.
“I’ve confirmed all the power stones have now been destroyed,” Zon said. “I thank you for your hel-“
Zon was cut short as they both turned their heads to look into the distance. They saw Raze and Mosak fighting each other. Raze had ethereal dark orange wings on his back and was diving from the air, attacking Mosak constantly.
However, they also witnessed Mosak preparing a large attack. Strange energy surrounded his spear, and when it was hurled into the air, it enlarged several times and knocked Raze out of the sky.
They watched him fall from the air after suffering a large hit, and both looked worried about the result.
‘Of all the times for us to come out, we’re here to witness the end… Even with Belil’s power, is this the result?’ Lince felt disheartened.
Because, in the end, Belil’s plan had failed. If they were just going against Alter and the Light Faction, Lince imagined that Raze’s power and Belil’s help would have been enough to handle the situation.
Yet, they had an unexpected variable: Mosak, who was able to use his Divine Qi even in Pagna. He was the true trouble they had to face.
“They’ve fought quite a far distance away from us,” Lince noticed. “I don’t even think we can reach him in time if we wanted to.”
They had seen Raze tumble to the floor and Mosak running toward him. Even if they reached him, Lince didn’t think he or Zon could do anything-but he wanted to try.
As he reached out his hand, a strange feeling swept through his whole body. A small shiver ran from the bottom of his toes to the top of his head. Nothing happened, and it lasted only a brief moment. There was nothing different in his energy, nor was there anything different in the area around him.
Ignoring it, Lince tried to figure out how to help Raze instead.
“Destroying the crystals… why did we even do that? You never sai-” Lince’s words trailed
off.
Because when he looked at where Zon had been standing moments ago, he had disappeared— vanished. Even if Zon had moved at super speed, Lince should have seen him in the distance, but he was nowhere to be seen. Turning around, he looked down in the large hole and there still was no sign of Zon anywhere.
‘What happened? Where is he, and why did we destroy those crystals?’
As for Zon, he was now standing right between Mosak and Raze, appearing in front of them out of nowhere.
Mosak stopped and looked around, surprised by the sudden appearance of someone in front of him. However, he quickly recognized who it was. As they were with each other not too long
ago.
“Oh, I thought all of you would have run off by now, realizing that you wouldn’t be able to best me,” Mosak said. “Where is that person from before? The one who claimed there was someone on my level? Because that said person is now lying on the floor.”
Raze looked up at Zon, seeing him standing there between them. He remembered Zon’s promise to help him, no matter what, due to the crystal. But was there any point to this now?
“The situation is no longer the same,” Zon answered.
“Ha!” Mosak laughed. “No longer the same? What does that even mean? When all of you teamed up before, you weren’t able to best me. Now that you’re glowing yellow instead of red, it’s going to make a large difference?”
Mosak threw a fist, firing a Qi blast. Although Raze had been able to block such attacks, he doubted it was the same for others. Just as the blast was about to hit Zon, he disappeared.
The Qi blast hit nothing, and Mosak couldn’t see Zon anywhere-until a large fist struck the side of his head, slamming him down and sending him bouncing across the ground. “As I said, things are different now,” Zon stated.

Chapter 1054: The Power Returns
Mosak bounced across the ground as he had been slammed on the side of his face. As he skidded across the floor, he kicked the floor, regaining himself and stopping as he held onto his spear. The arrogant smile he had moments ago had completely disappeared as he was wondering what just happened.
Raising his hand, he rubbed the side of his head.
‘What happened? How did he avoid that attack?’ Mosak thought. ‘No, not just how did he avoid that attack, how did he manage to hit me? I didn’t sense any energy, any movement, or anything. It wasn’t like this before.’
“Alright, so you want to die first? Then so be it!” Mosak exclaimed as he spun his spear, and several Qi blasts started to fire out through the air toward Zon. With so many attacks coming his way and the range being wide, there was no way for him to run, so Mosak would see clearly now what had happened compared to before.
He carefully watched and saw Zon disappear. He avoided the strikes and then reappeared closer. This was constantly happening as Zon’s body disappeared and reappeared. Seeing this, Mosak then lifted up his spear and swung it to the floor.
A large line of Qi shot out from where his spear was, in a straight line that went out around fifty meters across the ground. Yet when the attack and Qi had vanished, there was no sign of Zon again, and he was ready to strike right by his side once more.
Mosak turned around, but a blast had hit him in the stomach, the energy blasting him and pushing him across the ground. A pulse of energy blasted out from Mosak’s body and had broken apart the yellow energy that was hitting him. When looking up, he could no longer see where Zon was.
“What is happening? How are you able to move so fast?” Mosak said, swinging his spear wildly to the side and throwing a large amount of Qi in the air, but it was hitting nothing.
From behind, Zon had reappeared. Out of his hand, a large yellow energy beam had hit Mosak. His spear had blocked the attack, but the energy was pushing him from behind. The energy attack suddenly changed, and before Mosak could even react, another blast had hit in the back cleanly.
It burned his clothing and was burning the back of his skin. Before Mosak could even get hold of where Zon was, Zon had already moved and continued to fire lasers at him.
From off far, Beatrix, Lince, and Raze were all looking at what was happening. Zon was disappearing and reappearing all over in different areas from Mosak and was firing off the powerful energy blasts hitting Mosk.
They weren’t just a nuisance either. The attacks seemed to be hurting him. On top of that, unlike the fight that had taken place with Raze, Zon wasn’t getting hit. It was impossible. No matter how powerful the strike, no matter how large the strike, Mosak just couldn’t hit him and was staying at an incredibly far range.
“How is Zon able to do all of this? He couldn’t do this before. Is this all because of the power stone that he had taken?” Raze thought.
It couldn’t be it, and although the new power stone allowed Zon to use more power, which he still hadn’t used the full potential of, none of what was happening was due to the new power stone.
All of it was because, right now, Zon was using an artifact, and not just any artifact but one that he had received from Scar.
As Zon was using the artifact, using it to attack Mosak from all different angles, he was starting to know the true power of the artifact. Before, it was in the hands of the Deleter known as Scar, a person who had come from a world where one didn’t have many powers.
Yet such a powerful artifact in the hands of someone who had great power and diversity in his use of power anyway, it made Zon incredibly powerful.
‘This was an item that belonged to Alter, and Red joined them. It’s most likely that Red has many items like this, and in the hands of Red, even with my new power stone powering me, he will be a very difficult opponent to beat.’
This also made Zon worry about the other Deleters. Alter might be the most difficult opponent for the group to deal with on Pagna. With the others not by Red’s side at this moment, it might have been the best time to get rid of him.
Still, Zon couldn’t think of that now. He stretched out his hands, and two yellow blades were made from the palm of his hands, thin in size. He then reappeared right behind where Mosak was, and with both of them slashed across Mosak’s back.
Blood splattered on the ground, and quickly, Zon disappeared and reappeared close, trying to attack the center of Mosak, stabbing the energy blade through his stomach. As he watched the energy sword going forward, he could see it hitting a field, almost like a barrier made of the Divine Qi energy.
The sword was disappearing right in front of him, and Zon moved back as the spear from Mosak was thrusted forward, shooting out a beam of energy from the tip of the spear, hitting nothing.
“Your energy will eventually fade, and I have plenty of energy to go around. This fight is lost,” Zon answered.
Mosak wasn’t so sure about that, as he still looked confident despite being hurt in several different places on his body.
“Right, right, so finish me then, if you really can!” Mosak exclaimed.
Zon then reappeared but not near Mosak. He had done so right next to Raze.
“This is not my fight to finish. This is your fight to finish,” Zon said, looking at Raze. “You should feel a bit better now, and you should know… you can now use your magic.”

Chapter 1055: Unlocking My Magic
Although Raze wasn’t near death, he had pretty much counted himself out of the fight. There was a large wound on his stomach, and nearly all of his Qi had been used. To top it all off, he had used everything he had.
With the added strength from Belil, he could best nearly every warrior he had met in Pagna. He had just run into a Divine warrior that belonged in another realm entirely. When Zon had arrived, Raze’s mind was instead filled with curiosity.
Watching him go against Mosak, he wondered just how he was able to move so fast. What was occurring didn’t seem to be a type of physical ability; instead, it was something more similar to an artifact or magic.
Yet how could that be in the current situation? He was focused on the fight between the two that was taking an unexpected turn.
‘I knew Zon was strong, but his power really has increased. The output of his attacks along with this strange skill he’s using right now…?’ Raze started to think. Although Zon wasn’t an enemy, if the two of them were to fight, even with Raze using all of his magic, could he win?
Because in the end, it looked like Zon had won this fight against Mosak, whether it would take a long time or not. It was as if Zon had a sure way of winning it.
Which was why Raze was even more surprised by Zon’s action when he appeared right by his side.
“You should feel a bit better now, and you should know… you can now use your magic,” Zon claimed.
Dumbfounded by Zon’s words, Raze had looked down at the wound around his stomach. It had slightly healed, along with the rest of his body. It was recovering because the power of the Blazer had activated.
If the Blazer was working, it also meant just as Zon had claimed, magic could now be used. Stretching out his hand, Dark magic formed, and a red Qi pill appeared. Raze immediately popped it into his mouth, and the effects of the Qi pill were adding to his healing capabilities.
It confirmed that he was able to use magic.
“Was this because of you?” Raze asked as he started to stand up on his own feet, his hand pulling away from the wound on his stomach.
Zon turned around and just had a smile on his face. His gamble had paid off. His system was what had made him privy and aware of the situation as well as the knowledge he knew about the island itself.
Raze was unable to use magic on the island, and a mage was the one responsible, but everything—even spells-needed some type of energy source. Seeing the vast amount of crystals in the underground of the island, he figured that was the energy source.
The reason for having this thought was seeing that some of the crystals were faded in energy. He gathered that another spell-the one used to protect the island and stop others from reaching it—was also utilizing the crystals.
So if all of the crystals were destroyed, then all of the protections and spells in place would fade. He couldn’t be too sure that there wouldn’t be some type of backup or if there would be more crystals elsewhere powering the island’s spells.
This was the gamble that he had, but with the situation they were in, without being able to use artifacts or magic, Zon could see no way of besting Mosak.
“This is my fight to deal with. It looked like to me that you were dealing with the situation pretty fine,” Raze said.
“That might be the case, but none of us would have been able to get this far without you. And besides, with the changes that have occurred within, don’t you need some practice? And don’t you need to vent some frustration?” Zon asked.
Raze had to agree. What were the limits of his power? He had pushed his Qi now as far as it would go, but his magic-he was a six-star mage-still nowhere near his peak in the past. But combining it with his Qi, how far could he go?
If he was able to beat Mosak in front of him right now, then Raze knew he was ready to take on the Grand Magus once and for all. To obtain the Golden Globe and get it all done with.
“So the fool you all put your hopes into gets back up again!” Mosak said. “I can’t believe there are a bunch of annoying ants that actually hurt when bitten a bit. But that’s all you are. Both of you are just annoying ants!”
Mosak had the spear glowing in his hand again, and just like the time before, it had three golden rings surrounding it in different parts-one around the sharp-pointed edge, one in the center, and another at the very back. It was the same move that had taken Raze out compared to before.
“Can you deal with this one?” Zon asked.
“Look at you, getting all confident with your words now,” Raze said as he stepped forward, holding onto his sword. He then bent his knees and placed his Qi right into his sword. It was glowing bright, until from the back of the weapon, Dark magic started to swirl, forming in circles.
The Qi and his Dark magic were starting to combine and mix into each other.
Mosak, on the other end, paid no attention as he hurled the spear through the air. Quickly, the golden rings started to break, and each time they did, the spear grew in size. It grew three times, and the giant spear was breaking the ground, heading straight for the two of them.
The Dark magic flickered in Raze’s eyes as well as behind him, as he pushed off using one of the descending steps.
“Dark Edge Magic Sword Arts, Void Pulse!”
Dark magic exploded from behind Raze. A tunnel of magic was seen breaking out, destroying the ground and covering the air. The sword was thrusted forward and crashed into the giant spear. The two energies were colliding, but slowly the Dark magic-it was starting to evaporate the golden energy.
It was breaking down the spear until it had completely vanished, and now the giant spear was no more. Raze was standing there looking at Mosak, who was lost for words.
“Qi has never been my forte. My specialty has always been magic,” Raze said as he lifted his hand, and in it, a cursed Qi pill appeared. He slowly went and placed it in his mouth, swallowing it whole.
“One minute… I’ll finish this… in one minute.”

Chapter 1056: Testing it all out
When coming to the island, although Raze knew his magic wouldn’t work, he had still brought one of his most important items with him-the cursed Qi pill. The pill would restore all of his mana, but the downside was that after a minute, all of that mana would disappear.
In many situations, he had used these pills to help him out, but on an island where he was unable to use mana anyway, what was the point? However, Raze knew that the pill also worked on Qi, so if placed in a tricky situation, he had brought them anyway, unsure whether the Qi pills would work or not.
In the end, he had decided it wasn’t even worth him trying to use it against Mosak. Having his Qi back wouldn’t help him because none of the techniques he had used so far had worked. The issue was, all of Raze’s Qi was at an all-time low.
Now being able to use magic, Raze had the full potential of his mana but none of the Qi, as he had used it up in the last strike blocking the attack from Mosak’s spear. With his magic at full power and after displaying a part of his strength, Raze now had full confidence that he could finish the fight.
“A sudden surge in power? What is this? And the power I sense-that didn’t seem like Qi?” Mosak noticed. “Not just that, but it was also able to destroy my Divine energy. That doesn’t make any sense. Divine Qi should always beat out Pagna Qi.”
Strange thoughts were going through Mosak’s head about the possibilities as he remembered the powers that he saw the Dark Magus use, and the power had somewhat resembled that.
As the Qi pill surged through Raze, he lifted his hand in the air, and frost started to gather above his head. It formed several different shapes until it combined into what almost appeared as a giant snowflake over his head.
“It’s been a long time since I’ve had to use all of my magical skills as well,” Raze stated. “The Guardian Snowflake, eliminate the target.”
The large object above Raze’s head started to fire out a heavy stream of large ice blocks. They were around the size of a human head and were coming out at an incredible speed, all heading for the direction that Mosak was in.
Seeing all of the ice attacks, Mosak formed another spear in his hand and started to spin it. The constant spinning, along with his Qi, made a seamless image of a type of shield being used. As the ice blocks hit the spear, they were broken and turned into nothing but particles in the air.
However, as Mosak continued to block the attacks, he noticed that his own spear was starting to freeze over slightly. With his hand, he pulsated the energy through his spear, breaking off the frozen parts from his weapon.
“These attacks are annoying, but they don’t bother me too much!” Mosak said as he moved to the side and swung his spear down. A straight line of Qi exploded out toward Raze. It came out fast as the strike also came from above and covered a wide range.
Raze, though, didn’t appear the same as before. Both of his feet were sparking with the power of lightning. In one hand, he had the Ghost blade; in the other, he had a specially crafted Lightning blade.
Quickly he moved, almost vanishing from sight. Even Mosak was unable to see where he was, and before he knew it, Raze was right behind him. With the Lightning blade, he struck against Mosak’s back, creating a large slash. It sparked, affecting Mosak’s body slightly.
‘The special foot techniques of the Dark Faction clan, combined with my Lightning magic and Qi. I’m even faster than when I fought against Sha Mo!’
Raze didn’t stop there as he quickly moved in several different directions, attacking Mosak from all over. Large, deep cuts were appearing all over Mosak’s body. Raze was moving far too fast for Mosak to even keep up.
‘He’s moving fast, and his Qi is incredibly strong to the point where my body can’t even defend from the attacks… am I going to lose to this inferior? Am I really going to lose to this damned ant!’ Mosak thought as he spread out his hands and slammed the spear onto the floor.
Immediately, an orb of his glowing Qi gathered in the area around him. It was a condensed barrier. The Snowflake Guardian that Raze had made fired at the outside, but the attacks were being blocked completely and weren’t doing anything to stop it.
It was then that Raze decided to spark his way back. Using the foot technique, he had brought some distance between the two of them.
“I was trying to get a feeling back for how to use magic while fighting an opponent since it had been a while, especially with this newly fine-tuned body,” Raze said. “And now you do something quite boring like this.”
“Let me make you aware of something.”
When Raze lifted his hand, the sword had disappeared, and instead, he just had his fist. Dark magic started to swirl around his knuckles and began to wrap around his arm, all the way up to his shoulder.
“There is one magic that is known for its destruction-a darkness that consumes all light in its way. And you were the one who got in my way. You were the one that chose to interfere with my path!”
Raze’s legs sparked heavily, lightning erupting by his side. He charged forward, breaking half the distance in an instant, and then with the next blink of Mosak’s eyes, Raze was right in front of him again.
He smashed his fist into the outside barrier, breaking it completely and making it turn into nothing.
Looking down, Mosak could see Raze’s face, and the eyes he had right now were the same eyes he saw in his vision.
‘This monster… with powers like this, if he ever got into the Divine Realm… what would happen?’

Chapter 1057: A Combination Of Powers
A feeling was entering Raze, one he hadn’t felt in a long time. It had been so long he almost forgot what the feeling was, but there was a thrill as he was doing these things. Usually, he would be so focused on the goals in front of him.
So focused on the tasks that he was unable to enjoy any of the achievements he had made. Breaking through to the next stages of his cultivation meant nothing to him, only that he was getting closer to his goal.
Yet, now combining the powers of his Lightning abilities with his Dark Faction footwork techniques, and adding on top of that his Demonic Qi and Dark magic, the combination felt like he had unlocked or made a new discovery in the world of magic.
Right now in the fight, there was no worry in Raze’s mind. He was having fun, trying to discover the new things he could do with these combinations. The power combined with everything allowed him to easily smash right through Mosak’s barrier.
The combination of all of these things, along with his experience, was enough to allow him to even deal with a person from the Divine Realm.
“You think you got me, you think you got me!” Mosak shouted as he looked down at Raze. Above his hands, several golden spears had been made with his Qi, all of them pointing at Raze.
But the Dark magic that lingered from Raze’s punch continued forward regardless, hitting Mosak right in the chest before his spears could even fling themselves down to hit him. Mosak’s body bent inward as he was sent flying across the wasteland, crashing onto the ground in the distance.
The golden spears never ended up touching Raze, as he had built an earth barrier surrounding him, stopping the attacks. The golden spears usually would have been strong enough to go through his magic, but they were unable to use their full power with Mosak so far away from them. Eventually, they started to disintegrate into nothing.
“That still wasn’t enough to deal with him. These Divine warriors… they do have quite the strong body,” Raze muttered to himself. “But I’m happy. I still have time to try a few more things.”
Raze lifted the sword above his head. There were many of the Dark Edge Sword Arts that Raze wanted to try with his new power. He had already seen how strong the Void Pulse skill was using his magic and new Qi.
On top of that, he had an idea of what the first formation, the Binding Strike, and the second formation, the Eclipse Strike, would be like-just an enhanced and more powerful version.
What Raze was interested in was the difference between the regular Dark Edge Sword Arts and the Magic Dark Edge Sword Arts.
With some techniques, there was a large difference, such as the Nightmare Veil formation that was greatly enhanced with magic. So now Raze wanted to try it with one of his new techniques.
“The 6th Dark Magic Edge Sword Arts, the Dusk Wing Formation!”
Unlike before when using the skill, instead of dark orange demonic Qi exploding out of his body, in an instant, Dark magic shrouded Raze completely like a waterfall, spewing magic from the top of his sword.
It covered his whole body, making it almost impossible for anyone to see him. The magic was swirling around his body and started to ripple until it completely disappeared. In its place was Raze, but he looked different compared to how he looked before.
By the side of his sword, there were two small floating winged shapes down the center of the blade. The image was more solid compared to before, and as for Raze himself, out from his back were two dark wings, twice as large as the last ones.
They didn’t have any feathers. Instead, they were sharp and jagged, sticking out from his back, with a constant glow behind them.
“I can tell… while in this form, I can utilize different magics as well… let’s try the first one,” Raze said to himself. The back of his wings started to light up, sparks coming off the back of them as well as on his sword.
Mosak had gotten to his feet and witnessed this, his heart thumping loudly.
‘This form he used before… he was incredibly fast, and with that damned lightning of his… combining the two of them together… what is going to happen?’
In a blink, Raze disappeared from his view, nowhere to be seen. But oddly, Mosak could see something else. Around him in multiple areas were trails of lightning left behind. It was constantly appearing from place to place.
Until lightning had gone right past his body, electrifying him on the outside. It didn’t hurt much, but the whole experience was frightening for Mosak.
‘Where is he? I can’t see him… I can’t see him. How can I, a Divine warrior, not see him! This makes no sense, it makes no sense!’ Mosak thought, about to lose his mind. He slammed one of the golden spears into the ground and spread out a pulsing wave of his Qi.
As he was about to pull it out, he heard a whisper in his ear, accompanied by a small spark. “How does it feel to be the ant?” Raze questioned, and a trail of lightning was seen off in the distance as Raze’s body finally appeared.
Mosak lifted his hand and touched his ear. His whole body was covered in sweat, a feeling he hadn’t felt since he had entered the Divine Realm.
“Ha, ha!” Mosak could only laugh at the situation, not knowing whether to fall to his knees or not.
The sparks had gone off the Dusk Wings Raze had created, and instead, their shape changed slightly, becoming thinner in appearance. Moving once again, before Mosak knew it, a large tornado had appeared on the outside of him.
He was unable to see the mass or land of Pagna anymore and was now in the eye of a storm. Desperate, Mosak threw his spear into the wind, but it disappeared, consumed, and did next
to nothing.
“Time’s running out,” Raze said. “I guess it’s time to try out this formation when combining it with Dark Magic.”

Chapter 1058: I Am The Demon
There were more types of magic that Raze wanted to test with the 6th formation, but due to the Cursed Qi pill, he was running out of time. So as the last test, he opted to use his Dark Magic to power the sword formation.
The magic he had the most affinity with, the magic that matched his current core. With its power added to the formation, he couldn’t even imagine what was going to happen. The wings started to grow in size, and at the end, they appeared jagged like teeth.
“You had a chance to leave this place, and you should have done so when you could,” Raze answered and quickly moved again.
It wasn’t as fast as when he was using the Lightning attribute with the technique but still incredibly fast, as the formation was already hard for Mosak to keep up with. This time, as Raze’s body moved through the air, Dark magic was left behind in its path, lingering from the wings.
The vast amount of magic almost made it look like rips in the world were being made-tears from a giant claw of a monster. As Raze moved around Mosak and even flew up above him, several rips in space could be seen.
“I have to stop this, I have to stop this no matter what!” Mosak said, lifting both of his hands. He was drawing out every last bit of power he had, and several spears were being made from his Qi.
They hovered in the air and started to drop into the ground, vanishing into the floor and creating ripples of golden Qi spreading out. However, the effort had been completely in vain.
When Raze moved over the powerful Qi, the tears in space created by his Dark magic erased it completely, as if it wasn’t even there. Mosak’s Qi wasn’t working, and with that, he knew the fight was completely over. There was nothing more he could do.
On Raze’s end, he also noticed that because he was using the Dark Edge Sword Arts, he had activated the special trait of Demonic Qi, allowing him to absorb the energy of what he was going over.
This allowed him to add to his own Qi and continue using large attacks-not that it made any difference anyway. Finally, after moving around for too long, Raze ran straight ahead.
In a last attempt, Mosak formed one final spear out of his Qi and thrust it forward toward Raze. It was a complete guess-the attack wasn’t based on what he could see, feel, or sense.
Mosak had just thrust it forward, hoping to hit someone or something, and it was the only attack since Raze had used the 6th formation that had been right on target.
As it came toward Raze, he had already placed all of his weapons back into his Dark magic. He reached out with his hand, shrouded in Dark magic, covering his fingertips and flickering like dark flames at the top.
He pushed his hand forward with his palm open, hitting the tip of the spear. As the Dark magic touched the spear, it started to disintegrate. Raze’s hand continued to move forward, consuming the spear completely.
Raze moved forward until his hand reached Mosak’s chest. His fingertips dug into the center of it, and he twisted. Dark magic pulsed out of his hand, a wave exploding from Mosak’s body. Mosak’s body didn’t fling off Raze’s fingertips; it stayed in place as Raze ensured it with his grip.
Blood heavily poured out from Mosak’s mouth. He could feel something entering the inside of his body.
“What are you doing to me?” Mosak asked, speaking through the blood in his mouth.
“Right now, my Dark magic has entered your body. It’s destroying everything inside you. This body that didn’t even belong to you originally is being completely destroyed.”
Mosak smiled, believing it was ironic for this person in front of him, of all people, to say those words.
From the outside, Beatrix, Lince, and Zon could see the fight had come to an end. There was finally a clear outcome as to who had won the fight. It had its ups and downs, and at one point, Lince had no idea who was going to win, but it all seemed to work out in the end.
‘The power he displayed… is that just the tip of what he’s able to achieve now? Belil, you might have created a bigger monster than you ever thought you had. If this person decides to turn against Pagna, I’m not sure there is anyone who can stop him.’
Lince was now in a situation where he had to just go with the flow of things. Even with his Lost Clan, he wasn’t so sure he could change the tide of this wave that was about to go through Pagna.
“I’m asking you,” Mosak said again. “Why didn’t you just kill me? Why are you going through the effort to take me out like this, to make me suffer? I didn’t do anything to you.”
From the memories that Mosak saw, Raze was no saint. He wasn’t punishing this man because of his past, yet even in the fight, all of it was a little odd by his actions.
“Do you not know?” Raze said. “One of the names I was given in this world was the nickname of demon. It’s one of the ways I’ve been able to get stronger. Maybe you didn’t see it in my memories because I’ve gone through far worse.”
“But every person I defeat, I absorb their Qi and add it to my own, making me stronger.”
This was the reason Raze hadn’t killed him immediately, so he could absorb his Qi with the Demonic extraction technique. After making this revelation, the smile on Mosak’s face only grew larger.
“Go on… absorb my Qi then. I’m already done for anyway, but if you do, with the way you are now, absorbing my Qi… it will make you a Divine warrior. Your body is already too strong. It will definitely tip you over the edge. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that clans would wage entire wars over… but that means you’ll be heading to the Divine Realm… Hahaha!” Mosak laughed like a madman.
